The max-snippet:12
robots meta tag value is set in your page’s source code. This means only 12
characters will be shown for your meta description.
To fix this, head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and set it to -1

If you have modified it per page, then you should update the value manually by editing those pages under the Advanced tab.
