    J’ai acheté une version pro de votre extension. Je crois que l’adresse email utilisée est : a******@g********

    Je vois sur mon compte qu’elle est activé sur le site : https://alyfart.com qui été supprimé.

    Par conséquent je souhaite activer ma licence pro sur mon site actuel: https://seth-art com

    Le nom figurant sur ma carte de crédit est Ahmed Mohamadi Alal. Le cas échéant, je vous fournirai des informations nécessaires.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

    The subscription you bought ended on August 17 this year due to the lack of renewal on that.

    If you would like to add the PRO plugin to a new website you need to have an active PRO subscription on the account which can be purchased from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing

    Bonjour et merci pour votre réponse.

    Néanmoins, elle ne règle pas mon problème, puisque j’ai bien précisé que le site alyfayt.com a été supprimé. Par conséquent je n’y ai plus accès. Ne serait-ce pas plus simple de m’envoyer une nouvelle clé pour mon licence pro ?

    Hello,

    The problem is that the PRO license is valid for a full year and yours ended in August without any renewal. The subscriptions can be used on multiple websites, but your account doesn’t have an active one so you need to purchase a subscription to continue using it on the websites you want.

    Hello,

    The solution is to purchase a new subscription. The subscriptions are not tied to a website but rather to an account and this account had a subscription until August, which was not renewed.

    Merci pour votre réponse. Je comprends enfin ce qui se passe au lieu trouver tous les détails simplement sur mon compte.

    En attendant un éventuel nouveau achat que je n’ai pas l’intention de faire dans l’immédiat, je vous prie de me déconnecter de vos mails professionnels et autres.
