There is no way to undelete data once it has been deleted. If you have accidentally deleted data, you will need to contact Rank Math support in order to have them restore your data.

We did not remove the data intentionally. It’s gone from one to the next day.
Due to the fact that after filling the field, it gets saved, I don’t think that the firewall is the problem. It works on all other pages.

I tried adding snippet data like the title, description, and the focus keyword for that page and it seems to be properly saved. I also tried refreshing the page a couple of times and clearing the website cache and the entered data stays there.
Since we can’t replicate this on our end, we can’t know for sure what’s causing the deletion of the data. Can you please try to retrieve the error log when the issue occurs so we can further check what’s causing the said issue?

Yes, that’s the main problem. I could save the data. It was saved some days. And then I recognized that the data was gone on this page. But not sure when exactly so it’s not easy to find the correct entry in the error log.

Can you please try creating a staging website to see if the issue also persists in a separate environment?
Also, please check if you have a database cleaner or optimizer in your server that might be causing data manipulation in your database tables. Rank Math doesn’t have an auto deletion of meta unless you manually edit it via our SEO settings.
