Hi I am using your plugin and I have deleted a bunch of pages and posts on my website. I didn’t know I had to do something before deleting them. And by deleting them I mean I put them to the Bin.
I understand there is a 410 to tell Google to delete them from indexing. How can I do that and is it ok to do it after I deleted them?
Please advise, I am a non-tech.

Yes, you can set up those deleted pages as
410using Rank Math Redirection after deleting them. Please head over to Rank Math > Redirection. If it’s not showing in your setup, head over to Rank Math > Dashboard and enable the Redirection module
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

When search engines encounter a 410, they also de-index the page naturally. You can check this link for more information and how to create the 410 redirection:
