It’s not possible to remove the CPT base entirely with our settings.
To remove it completely, you may need to use a plugin for that purpose, such as this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/remove-cpt-base/
Or, you can use a plugin that can achieve that on your slugs:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/permalink-manager/
