Delete Personal Info Published in Support Page

    Hi, it’s me again. I need to update the URL name within the ticket name URL. The previous URL no longer exists because the account associated with it has been deleted, and as a result, it can’t be edited. Additionally, the outdated URL has been indexed by Google Search and is not authorized, that’s why the URL had to change.

    To contact you about this issue, I had to create a new account, which is also the same account I used when I initially submitted the ticket. I hope this help without any longer confirmation.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, the ticket URL cannot be adjusted.

    However, we have just deleted the ticket to remove any data on search engines about your site.

    Once Google crawls it again, it will be deindexed and removed from the SERPs eventually.
