Unfortunately, we cannot access your WordPress admin due to security measures. You can view the screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
We have released the new update, could you check if it solves this issue?

If the issue persists, could you try a hard refresh to clear the cache JS and CSS file with the page in question opened?

I am sorry, but we have dynamic IPs. Even if you whitelist our IP – our IP might have changed by the time we check your ticket.
