    İ need delete payment method credit card from my account for disallow renew automaticly could you please tell me steps.

    I wasn’t a subscriber when I last renewed, I refunded the money and you can visit the next ticket
    it’s from 1 year

    I have had my money back after buy it since then
    And now it has been renewed again without having previously used the subscription
    Therefore, I do not consider a customer to have used it at all
    problem is that it was renewed automatically, and i not used that and it was refund it previously
    It means that I am currently a new customer who has a credit card on the site and it was renewed without his knowledge
    As for e-mails, I do not follow up on messages because I have thousands of messages. I hope you understand this and help me
