Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please confirm where are you still seeing the page as indexed?
We have asked since it is already returning an error 404 page not found. Also, it is already deindexed on the search results pages. You can refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve checked the source code and tested with Rich Results Test of the URL you’ve shared and it has been set to noindex
already. Also, it’s not appearing on Google SERPs.
You may check the screenshots I’ve attached in the sensitive data section.
Additionally for your information, Google takes time to de-index
pages and it can take several weeks for them to stop appearing on SERPs. So you don’t need to be worried if Google doesn’t remove your noindexed
URLs from Google SERPs immediately.
Note: Some search engines might interpret the noindex
directive differently. As a result, it is possible that your page might still appear in results from other search engines.
Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
