Please save the post and check the front end if the description from that custom field is added.
It seems that the CPT doesn’t include support for the editor and when that happens our plugin can’t update the preview correctly.
If you want to enable the preview you also need to add editor support for your “tool” CPT.

If you created the CPT using the CPT UI plugin, you can add the editor support by modifying the CPT settings. But if you used another plugin, you can get in touch with the support of that plugin as they would be able to assist you regarding this.
I checked the source of the page and the meta description is already added. You can have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.
