For the global description to take effect, you must empty out your meta description in your post’s meta description field under the snippet editor. Please see these screenshots:

Those problems are fixed for my website’s post. But, for my website’s home page, I can’t found any option of rank math to add or edit the description on the edit with Elementor page.

Could you please confirm if you have already updated the homepage meta description in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage?
Please also check your homepage display on your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading
Lastly, it seems that you’re using a template for your homepage. Could you please confirm?

If your homepage is set to the latest posts, then to edit the title and description for your homepage you need to go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage
If the SEO Meta Box is not showing in the pages/posts, go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts/Pages > Turn on SEO Meta Box:
