Can you please disable the plugin and enable it once again? This will rule out any cache related issues on your install.
If that doesn’t work, it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let me know if you find the culprit.
(I would start with mu-plugins
)
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
