    Dear Rank Math Support,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am a loyal user of the Rank Math plugin and have consistently chosen the enterprise package. My annual subscription, priced at $199.00, expired on August 6th. While I’m aware this requires prompt renewal, I am currently faced with a slight predicament.

    At this time, our accounting department is on vacation and will not return until next month. Given our organization’s structure, all payments and renewals are processed by this team.

    I understand that offering a free extension may not be standard practice. However, considering our circumstances and our commitment to your product, I am kindly requesting a one-month complimentary extension. This will allow us the necessary time for our accounting team to process the renewal upon their return.

    We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. I hope we can continue to benefit from the Rank Math plugin during this brief transition period.

    Please consider my request, and I look forward to your response.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We have checked your account and we are sorry to informed that since the subscription is already expired and we cannot change the details on that order. You will have to manually renew at this time.

    The settings you have saved while in the PRO will still be intact.

    Everything gets safely stored in your WordPress database and transferred over to the Free version of the plugin. But, the features that are available in the paid/higher plans won’t be accessible afterward. All information you added to your content while on the PRO will remain and activates back as soon as your subscription becomes active again.
