Rank Math shouldn’t be causing any layout issue since Rank Math is already deactivated unless some configurations in your website are changed when you have deactivated Rank Math.

When you deactivate Rank Math the theme and website need to rely on CSS files to generate the layout and some of those files are missing on your theme.
We also noticed that you are using a version of the theme from 2017 and we recommend updating the theme and all plugins to at least a more modern version.
For example, the WooCommerce plugin on your website is on version 4.5.2 which is very old and some improvements have been made since then.
Please update the plugins and theme to a more modern version so that all the files that the website relies on are updated and then let us know if that helps fix the issue.
