    Hi,
Rankmath is one of the best plugins that I have used for SEO. But there is this one issue that I am facing.
My entire database is about 127MB in size out of which there are 2 tables that are about 80MB
    wp_rank_math_analytics_gsc – 44.7MB
    wp_rank_math_sc_analytics – 44.1MB

What do I do to reduce the size of the database?

    Regards
    Dilip

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

You can clear your database and fetch a fresh data from Google by heading to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and there you have to click on the Delete Data button and Update the data manually.

If you want to use less database space, you could set up Rank Math to cache less Analytics data by changing the following number of days to something less than 90:
    caching days

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Jeremy,
Strangely RankMath seems to be doing a lot in the database.
I now see another table wp_actionscheduler_logs which is slowly swelling. It was around 400MB when I last checked and I emptied it. Now it is once again building up and is at 18MB. How do I stop this from happening. What are these scheduled actions that RankMath is running?

    Hello,

The Scheduled Action acts as a cron for Rank Math. You can see it from WordPress > Tools > Scheduled Actions

Are you using an older version of Rank Math? Just to note, the new Analytics module in Rank Math, which replaced the Search Console module, no longer uses the wp_rank_math_sc_analytics table in the database.

I hope this resolves your issue.

    Hi Danial,

The version I am using is Version 1.0.56.1

I did not quite understand what to do. The wp_actionscheduler_logs is once again swollen to a 60MB table. What do I do with it? How do I manage it?

Also, do you mean that it is now safe to delete the wp_rank_math_sc_analytics table?

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
