Data not showing

Please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further:

Step #1.
First, add the following filter to your website:

add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:

Step #2.
After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

If in your case, you do not see the Scheduled Actions menu, then you can try visiting the following URL:

https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

Ensure that you replace yourdomain.com with your own domain in the above link.

Step #3.
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under /wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us.

You can use a tool like Dropbox/Pastebin for debug log files and share the generated links here.

The log shows that the data fetch is working fine. If you still don’t see the data in the analytics dashboard, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Please note that in the free version of the Rank Math plugin, we only fetch the data from Google Search Console, not from Google Analytics. However, after checking your website, it looks like you don’t have enough data on your Search Console.

In this case, please share a screenshot of the data from your Google Search Console for the last 30 days so that we can compare it with the data coming through in the Analytics module.

You can use any image-sharing tool like https://imgur.com/upload to share the screenshot with us.

Also, 1e found that the scheduled action to fetch the data from Google was missing on your site. We created the scheduled action with the recurrence of 7 days and now Rank Math will automatically fetch the data on your website.

Data is not being shown in your Analytics section:

The screenshot you shared of your GSC property is for 3 months period and the property is a domain property. You should compare the data on your site with the data in the URL-prefix property to which your site is connected and which we support.

Rank Math has limited support for domain properties. Domain properties are the ones that only have the domain name of your website, without the protocol(HTTP or HTTPS) or the subdomain. For example, example.com is a domain property.

Yes, you can do away with the filter we shared earlier as its purpose is to debug issues with the analytics functionality. You can also do away with the plugin should you have no need for it.
