    1. Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected: Ensure that your website is connected to the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and checking your connection status.

      Disconnect Account in Rank Math

    2. Refresh Tokens: If the data still appears as zero, it might be due to expired authorization tokens from Google. You can refresh these tokens by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions and then reconnecting it.

      Remove Access to Rank Math SEO

    3. System Status: If the issue persists, please copy your system info by going to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → System Status and clicking on Copy System Info to Clipboard. This information can help our support team diagnose the issue more effectively.

    Please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further.

    1. First add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.

    I don’t have “Scheduled Action” nor a pending tab under the Tools section.

    I have Site Kit installed and running, is that crashing the Rank Math analytics somehow? I didn’t enable “Install analytics code” as I already have the site kit.

    Please note that Site Kit is not an SEO tool but an analytics tool and it does not replace nor conflict with Rank Math. You can use them both at the same time.
