I checked your website and it seems that you are currently using the PRO version and you have created this ticket using your Free account. Can you please share the email address that you used to purchase the PRO subscription so we can verify it?

Back to your inquiry, Rank Math automatically provides the elements for Google to be used by Google Merchant. Once you include the Woocommerce Schema in your product, which Rank Math automatically generates by default, the required schema data should be provided.

You can fix the SKU issue by filling the provided field in your product page:

No global identifier provided (e.g., gtin, mpn, isbn)

The product category field is already part of the Schema if you use WooCommerce Product Schema so it’s just a matter of associating the field from your feed with that property.
