Dashboard widget shows broken text/code

    For some reason, I’ve noticed for a while on several of the sites that I manage that the RM widget on WP Dashboard is showing like this:

    Again, this is not limited to one site, although the sites may have a similar setup (plugins, themes, etc). What could be the problem?
