Dashboard Overview not working

    Hi, on the dashboard the overview shows all 0, we tried to clear the cache, transients and re create databases but still we can’t see any data

    Please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can follow this guide to check that: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#num-2-check-the-cron-job

    In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.

    If the cron jobs are working, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action, go to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:
    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

    Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

    Hello,

    In this case, please reconnect the Google account to regenerate the auth token from Google by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.

    Please follow the steps in this link:

    If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hello,

    After checking your analytics settings, it seems that you haven’t configured it yet as you can see in my screenshot in the sensitive data section.

    Please ensure to completely set up your analytics, and connect your Google account and the data should be populated on your analytics page.
