Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I am trying to access your admin dashboard but it seems I can’t pass the captcha test. Please refer to my video screencast in the Sensitive Data section.
Are there any specific steps to pass this captcha?
As for your issue, an initial troubleshooting is to try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Sorry about that. I have added the captcha to the sensitive data area.
Hello,
I logged in to your website and checked the settings.
I tried running the pending Scheduled Action but the data is still not fetched.
Please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Analytics settings:
Also, share a screenshot of the past 30 days of your Google Search Console and the organic traffic in Google Analytics. You can share the screenshots using https://imgbb.com/
We look forward to helping you.
I have reconnected the site as requested and done the steps to clear the data as in previous post. Here is analytics for past 28 days. https://www.screencast.com/t/7oxe38FxY
In case you can’t see screen shot here it is using the site you suggested. https://ibb.co/3Cvtxs4
Hello,
It looks like even fetching the data manually doesn’t acquiring any data from the Google servers. and It’s doesn’t look like the screenshot you have shared is showing organic data.
You can follow this guide link to view the organic traffic.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Here is the organic traffic which shows 3 so although low shouldn’t that be showing in the dashboard.

Hello,
Could you please check if you have selected the appropriate Analytics Profile in the analytics settings page? Also check whether if you have skipped any permission?
Please delete RankMath’s app from here:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Then, Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking Reconnect and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that shows up.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I did make sure all permissions were checked when granting permission. If I delete the RankMath from Google as you requested will it delete permission for all my sites?
Hello,
Since you will re-connect it, it will not lose the connection. When you connect the Google account with Rank Math, It stores the access token, which verifies the authenticity of the API request.
Do let us know when you re-connect it.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I have deleted the app from Google and then re-connected from inside RankMath.
Hello,
I just got confirmation from the devs that the API used to fetch the data from analytics required certain parameters. We use the default level sampling, which skips the low values. I would suggest you have some more data/traffic in your analytics so that API can fetch the data.
You can learn more about here:

I hope that helps. Thank you.
