Unfortunately, the credentials you provided is not working. Could you update the login details? Also, providing the error message or screenshot of the issue would be helpful.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), you can also check if there’s a conflict with one of your plugins or theme.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.
1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process.
If the above steps didn’t fix the issue, please coordinate the error message with the Rev Slider dev team and I also forwarded this concern to our dev team for investigation.
