    Hi, I am setting meta & title for a custom post type. I’d like to insert the value of a field of the post type specified with ACF into its <title>.

    Let’s say I have a post type with its slug “case” and in it have an ACF field named “name”, what should I specify in %customterm(xxxx)%? I tried (case_name) but it didn’t work…

    I think I’ve specified “name” as field name.
    Kindly check the site. The Post type in question is named 顧客事例

    You just use a different variable. You need to put this %customfield(name)% instead of this %customterm(name)%.
