Hello Community,
I am currently facing an issue while setting up Custom Schema using the Rank Math SEO plugin on my website. Despite following the documentation, I am encountering some problems and would appreciate your guidance in resolving them.
Here’s what I am trying to achieve:
I want to add a custom schema (e.g., Product, FAQ, Event) to improve search engine visibility.
I am attempting to display this structured data properly in search results but facing issues during implementation. The Problem I’m Facing:
Schema Not Displaying Properly: After setting up the schema, it doesn’t reflect in Google’s Rich Results Test.
Validation Errors: I am receiving errors like “Missing field” or “Invalid object type”.
Conflicts: The custom schema is not overriding the default schema or is conflicting with other plugins. What I Have Tried So Far:
I used Rank Math’s Custom Schema Generator to add the schema.
Cleared cache and re-checked using Google’s Rich Results Test.
Verified that there are no conflicting plugins.
