How can I set a Custom Property Type Description so that I don’t have to manually type in every time?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
If you want to add ACF inside your meta title for all the Properties, You can simply do that by heading over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post Types > Properties
%customterm_desc(property-type)%
inside the title.Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hi,
I have followed according to your instructions, however, the custom description doesn’t appear under the Title. Please see the screenshots.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
I have made changes to your property title and added
%customterm(property-type)%
instead of%customterm_desc(property-type)%
Could you please confirm if that is what you wanted?I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi after I input the custom term “新加坡房产楼盘” in the title, nothing shows up on the Preview Snippet Editor
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
It will not show inside the preview snippet but when you visit the webpage you will able to see the title.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
I did not see the title when I visited the webpage https://anjiasg.com/property/bai-nan-hua-ting-one-bernam/
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
You must have misunderstood the functionality, and If you set the custom title on the Rank Math snippet, you will not be able to see the global title. If you leave the snippet empty, then the global title field will be used by default.
I have removed the custom title inside one-bernam post and set the global title field (Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Properties )you mentioned. Please kindly check now. If you feel like I have miss understood your concern, Do let me know.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi I think you might have misunderstood my concern. I want to set any kind of custom title for the highlighted red box https://ibb.co/B6gfShF
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
As I said earlier, If you want to have a custom title inside your post/pages. You will need to put the Custom Property like
%customterm(property-type)%
If now you said you want to have any title inside the snippet. (I don’t understand what you mean by “any type”).Suppose you want to show the title, e.g., property-type
%customterm(property-type)%
. In that case, It will show the property-type same goes for your different%customterm%
Since, on your first post, you said you want to apply%customterm(property-type)%
on every post so that you don’t have to type that manually. To achieve that, I said in my version response you would need to set the global title for your custom post type by heading over to (Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Properties).
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi If I want to show the title like this: Official Developers Sales Team
Can you show me what is the correct Custom Title code for it?
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
If that is a standalone text that you want to have inside as a “Property title” then you don’t need to use any of the custom terms, Simply head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Properties and add your title.
See the screenshot:
https://i.rankmath.com/4LvwiLI hope that helps.
If I want this standalone text “Official Developers Sales Team” to be replicated across all of the Titles under Properties, I will have to add it to every individual Title manually, is that correct, or have I understood it wrongly?

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
It will not show inside the post list or post editor page. You will see the changes on the live website since Rank Math does not modify the data in your database. The title tags are applied on the fly when the content is displayed on the web browser. So the new change will be visible on the web browser not on the backend.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you!
