as I see the Rank Math plugin doesn’t consider the content in the custom tabs (used for Product pages) so the score doesn’t reflect a correct value.
I’m trying to understand if it is only your plugin that doesn’t consider the content or if search engines won’t consider it too. Only the first tab is opened by default.

so, how can I achieve the best in my site SEO optimization if 90% of the content isn’t analyzed? The 90% of the content is in the custom tabs.

You may have to ask the plugin developer to make the content adding using it “readable” by Rank Math.
We have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.
You would need to contact the developer of the plugin you mentioned by showing the following link:
