Firstly, I tried accessing your site URLs and sitemap, however, I am getting an access denied error.

If you’ve any blocking software or firewall enabled, could you please exclude India, Portugal, and the Philippines from that, so we can investigate further. You can turn it on again once this issue is resolved.
Next, could you please try following the below-mentioned steps and check if this resolves the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not.
