Could you please confirm if you are using a page builder to create your content? Some page builder is still not reachable by Rank Math as they need to apply our Content Analysis API. This is the only way Rank Math can access or read the content from a content builder.
You would need to contact the developer of the plugin/builder you use to create the shortcode by showing the following link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
With that said, this will not affect your overall SEO performance as this issue only occurs on the backend.
