You have set the header to use the title text. While creating a page, the title is initially empty which means the header is empty too. Have you tried this in an already saved or published post?
We can also take a closer look at the settings. Just edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

The code you have added doesn’t seem to appear in your content in the back end. If you head to your post and check the content, there is no h2 tag. The h2 check in Rank math checks for the headers in your post content and in this case there isn’t one.
Since your header is correctly generated in the front end, you can simply ignore that failed test
The score is there only for your reference anyway and doesnβt affect your actual rankings. Treat it only as a to-do list, nothing more. Donβt try to live by it and donβt follow the tests religiously.
