How are you adding the custom field? If you are using an ACF plugin, please enable the ACF module in Rank math dashboard. You can also add you custom fields unique identification names in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Pages/Posts under the custom fields text field.

i’m using cmb2 for terms metabox fields and I didn’t find any way to make rank math recollect content from custom editor field can you guide me to do so

Please add those custom fields for the analysis at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts:
Then, Rank Math will be able to read the content present in those custom fields.

We are sorry but cannot account for that in the Analysis.
We have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder (and taxonomy terms) plugins readable by Rank Math.
You would need to contact the developer of the plugin you mentioned by showing the following link:
