Hello! In Rank Math there is a variable %currentyear%. How can I make the next year variable? That is, not 2021, but 2022 (at the moment).

Are you asking for schema? I’m doing the same custom field practice to setup my schema of my blog pages. But after using Rankmath plugin, there’s no need to use any other plugin for schema.

Are you trying to add this in Schema?

As there is no variable for next year, you can use the filters to create a custom variable.

This filter allows you to add custom variables

This one allows you to add extra variables to the drop-down list in Titles & Meta
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#add-extra-variables

You can customize this and add this in the bottom your functions.php file.
