Iāve checked your site, and it seems that your links are already appearing on the Google Search results page. Your sitemap seems also working fine.
If a URL is on Google, there is technically no reason for it to not be included in Bing, unless Bing has some reason to not index a page like DMCA, copyright content, nulled content, copied content, etc.
In this case, you may need to contact Bing to know the exact reason as from checking the pageās source code, there are no apparent issues. Please also ask for any affected URLs to further check your site.
You could also try various site audit tools to check if there is an issue with your website.

Rank Math supports MOST of the theme for WordPress although wpHoot is not yet listed on our compatibility page: https://rankmath.com/compatible/themes/ and we haven’t tested this theme yet.

IT is Bing that is the issue. Yes I have contacted them and it’s been over 2 weeks without an answer.
I thought you might have some ideas on the Canonical and HTML being too long since others here have had the SAME issues.
what is weird is that if I set the theme to twenty twenty and do the SEO Analysis I still get page is 70Kb over the average of 33Kb and our recommended 50Kb.

If your webpage size is bigger than the recommended size, you can try these solutions below:
> You can compress your CSS style rules into a single file
> Minify your JavaScript files, and you can also combine them into single files.
I’d recommend you use some plugins like W3 cache , WP Rocket cache to get that job done for you.

I fixed the size issue. I had an image as a div background that was using way too much space. I removed it.
The Bing issue still lingers. I’ll try to submit again later and see if it errors.

If you resubmit your site to bing webmaster tools, you can wait to see if the site will be indexed. If this did not happen then, the most likely reason is that your site has not followed their indexing guidelines or something is not right on bings end.

I would recommend reaching out to their support team as well to further bring clarity to this issue.
