You can use the %currenttime()% and %currentmonth% %currentyear% tags, which allows you to customize the date format.
To display “June 2020”, you could use: %currentmonth% %currentyear%
To display “3.5.20” (with 5 being the month): %currenttime(d.m.y)%
To display “3.05.2020” (with 5 being the month): %currenttime(d.m.Y)%

Wrong Information! First of All, m is not used to displaying the [3.5.20] month format in WordPress.
Second, the shortcodes you provided are not working, they only work as a default setting that saved in General Setting Section.
Check This image when the default setting is j F Y [4 June 2020].
