  • Hola, lamento que estés enfrentando problemas para conectar tu cuenta de Rank Math. Para resolver este problema, te recomendaría seguir estos pasos:

    1. Desconectar la cuenta actual: Ve a tu Tablero de WordPress → Rank Math SEO → Tablero → Ayuda y selecciona Desconectar cuenta.
      Elegir Desconectar cuenta

    2. Conectar nuevamente: Después de desconectar, haz clic en el botón Conectar ahora en la misma página.
      Haga clic en Conectar Ahora

    3. Seleccionar la cuenta correcta: Asegúrate de seleccionar la cuenta correcta asociada con tu suscripción PRO y haz clic en OK, ACTIVAR AHORA.
      Activar suscripción PRO de Rank Math

    Si después de seguir estos pasos aún no puedes activar tu cuenta, por favor responde a este ticket y un agente humano del equipo de soporte de Rank Math se encargará de ayudarte. También sería útil incluir la URL de tu sitio si estás experimentando un problema técnico específico.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General and make sure there are no mismatches in the WordPress URL and Site URL in those options.

    After that, please try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account to see if this resolves your issue.

    If the issue persists, you can try adding the following filter on your website and then reconnecting to your account again.

    add_filter( 'rank_math/registration/do_url_check', '__return_false' );
