Sorry, but this seems to be an edge-case issue on your end, as we can’t really reproduce the issue from our side. See screenshot:
As per your conversation with Litespeed, the support folks from Litespeed also observed the same.
If the issue persists from your end, can you try creating a staging website and replicating the issue there? Then, disable Rank Math in that staging website and observe if the issue continues.

Wrong, it doesn’t just happen to me but also to my clients and they are quite annoyed and have lost their patience! It happens on MacOS, with Safari, Firefox, Chrome.
If I use a VPN to change country and IP, it resets. Lite Speed says they have already fixed the problem on the node while insisting that it is Rank Math’s fault, which causes this redirect.
I repeat that I have already disabled Rank Math to test on this site and NO problems of this type occur.

Could you please confirm with LiteSpeed if the affected files show the X-Redirect-By header as coming from Rank Math, and share a screenshot of that confirmation with us? This will help us pinpoint whether the redirect is indeed triggered by our plugin.

I was not able to reproduce this on my end ( Windows ), with different browsers, and my colleagues too, who are on a Mac OS.
But we noticed from your screenshot, you shared at https://ibb.co/mrdsxN2b, the query params on Location (Referer ) : https://yarizanella.it?ver=1d42f, but when that URL is visited, it redirects to https://yarizanella.it/?ver=1d42f, with no css issue.
Could you try accessing the home page without the ver URL parameter, just https://yarizanella.it. It’s possible that this is being served from cache and let us know how it turns out.

I’ve not made that screenshot, it’s made by litespeed support. All my test was made visiting website with litespeed cache and rankmath visiting the home page on safari or firefox on mac os. So i’ve not added any query after the home page.
I repeat that deactivating rank math resolve the issue. It’s not a builder problem (happen on website with oxygen, bricks, elementor) and seems only on that node of litespeed. But litespeed have alredy responded that node it’s fixed and it’s a rankmath problem
