critical error when enabling Rank Math

    Hi,

    When we enable Rank Math, we get this error:
    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    We disabled all plugins and turned them on one at a time – the rest worked fine, it was only when we enabled Rank Math that this happened.

    I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, downloading the latest version directly from the site – but nothing worked.

    Can you take a look?

    Can you please provide the error log so we could determine what’s causing the critical error?

    Also, please share your FTP login so we can further troubleshoot the issue.

    Hello,

    We were able to install the plugin and activate it correctly by doing so in the troubleshooting mode because of a conflict with a registration file of the theme you are using.

    This was just an issue during the initial setup and shouldn’t happen again.

    We recommend that you now go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Setup Wizard and complete the configuration of the plugin as per your requirements.
