Hi,
I get a message from WP that a critical error has occurred and this shuts down my site in WP. After deactivating Rank Math the problem is solved. This problem started while I was using and deactivating the WP Optimize plugin due to not being satisfied with the results of the plugin. Tested if I can activate Rank Math if I only use wp 21 theme with all plugins disabled and also tried to use the Rank Math code to remove all Rank Math entries from my database when I deactivated Rank Math. But there is no way whatsoever to reactivate Rank Math without getting a critical error. Since nothing else has changed on my website or plugins other than that WP optimze, I suspect that is the fault. Question is how do you solve this. Or can you or I through my php admin?

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
