If you can’t share the logs, you may paste it here https://pastebin.com/ and share the URL in the Sensitive Data section.

No, all these is too technical for a normal user, and being put back and forth between two support side is not helping. I will just uninstall this and use other plugin, all this hassle is not worth it.
I’m closing this ticket – IT’S NOT SOLVED but it’s too troublesome to try to use this plugin and not worth my time troubleshooting.

The URL of the log file is inside the HTML file you sent and at first, the download button isn’t working so we were having difficulty retrieving it.
Now I was able to download the file and looking at it, there seems to be no error relating to Rank Math so this could be a conflict with another plugin or your current theme.
If you allow us to further help you with your issue, we may need to check your admin dashboard and install the plugin for you.
Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
