Credits not Transferring

Please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, you can check your remaining credits by visiting your Rank Math account area at this link: Rank Math Account – Websites.

If the credit count appears correct there but is not showing on your website, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in your Content AI section to ensure it requests the updated credits from our server.
