We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.
Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.
Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.

It was not disconnected when I went to reconnect. It was already connected. Clearly, you did not disconnect manually. It did not fix issue because my site never disconnected
the issue is not fixed, my site was not disconnected as you said it was. And the problem is still a problem.
this is system info for RankMath from my site; it shows nothing next to the content AI data plan and content AI refresh date.and it says there is a refresh token.

Hello,
It seems that you have the PRO plugin installed on that website even though you don’t have an active PRO subscription.
To use the Content AI credits you need to deactivate the PRO plugin and then reconnect the account by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help.
