Hello,

Currently, your website is with the PRO plugin from a Business subscription and to make use of the credits from your free account on this website you would need to deactivate the PRO plugin and activate only the Free version of the website, otherwise, there will be a mismatch on the account.

This happens when the plugin is connected with a Business subscription which is handled by a different person.
