    Hello.

    I saw that I have 750 credits in my account, but when I want to access them and create something from my website, it tells me that I have no credits. 0 credits. What should be the problem?

    I reconnected the account, everything appears ok, but 0 credits appear on my website, although there are 750 credits in the Rank Math account.

    1. Verify Account Login: Ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that has the 750 credits.

    2. Check Credits in Account: You can verify your credits by visiting your Rank Math account area here.

    3. Reconnect Your Account: Since you’ve already reconnected your account, please ensure that you did it correctly. Go to your WordPress admin area, navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    4. Refresh Credits: After reconnecting, head over to your Content AI section and refresh the credits count again to request the updated credits from our server.

    If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    I tried all methods, but everything is in vain. The version 1.0.233 was perfect for me. The latest 2 versions can’t sync the 750 credits I have. All I could do is defend only 450 credits out of the 750 I have.
