    Hi I have 3 websites which are link to the same email address account and none of them are working .I have done all the steps and reactivate aand I am getting a json error

    To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account associated with your purchased Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by visiting your Rank Math account at this link: Rank Math Account – Websites.

    If the credit count appears correct but is not functioning on your websites, please try the following steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in your Content AI to ensure it requests the updated credits from our server. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference: Refresh Credits.
