    Dear Sirs,
    I purchased the A.I credits under an account that was created automatically for me when I clicked to purchase the credits. This account is different from the RankMath account under which my website are connected. This website are: https://knowing-portal.com/gate/

    I would like to ask that my credits be transferred to the account under which all my websites are connected so that I can start using my A.I credits.

    We checked and the credits are purchased from the same account using which you’ve posted this ticket. Also, not the /gate, but https://knowing-portal.com/ website is already connected to this same account.

    Assuming you’ve connected this account to your website, if the credits are not updated, please follow this guide to reconnect the website to your Rank Math account and that should update the credits: https://rankmath.com/kb/website-not-shown-in-account/
