Credit not showing

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with your Content AI credits not showing up after purchasing a subscription. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To resolve this, please ensure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.

1. Log in to your Rank Math account using the email address m************@g********.
2. Visit the following URL: Rank Math Account Websites
3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits for your website “iamyourvirtualprofessional.com”.

If the credit count is correct on your Rank Math account but not reflecting on your website, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account as shown in the screenshots below:

After reconnecting your Rank Math account, refresh the credits count in Content AI by going to Content AI and clicking on the refresh credits button as shown in this screenshot:

This should sync your purchased credits with your website. If you encounter any further issues or need additional assistance, please feel free to let us know.

We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.
