credit download not showing

    I’ve paid for additional credits and received an email. I clicked the download from the email and it brings me to my dashboard that only shows the free plan. Fix this please.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    When you purchase Content AI credits they are added to your account and you don’t need to download anything.

    Please go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh
