Order not accepted

  • Hi! I have tried to make the PRO licence purchase but my order is not accepted. This is the query I get back “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”.

    The thing is, I purchased the PRO licence I think last week on the same credit card. Now I need another licence for a different project and it doesn’t allow me to buy.

    Why is this so?
    I anticipate a response. Thanks.

    Could you please ensure that your payment method supports the following?

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    Also, if you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

    I have gotten a response from my bank. I am over the monthly limit for foreign purchases. I will look for another means to buy this. Thanks, guys. You have a wonderful support culture. I rate you 100%!
