    Hello,

    We have requested a refund last month, and it’s a surprise that we have received a credit card charge this month. The service was cancelled, so why did you charge our credit card?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    If you notice the note on each of the transactions you’ll see that one is credit (meaning money going into the account) and the other is purchase (meaning money out of the account).

    One is for the purchase and the other transaction is for the refund.
