create password

    I’m using RankMath for my work, and I originally set up using my Google account to sign in. We are now migrating from Google to Microsoft, and I need to change my account login. The problem is that I cannot create a new password without entering an old password…which I don’t have because I’ve never created a password for my account.

    Our company is migrating starting this weekend, so the sooner I can get this remedied, the better.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve sent a reset password to your email so you can set your account’s new password. Please check your spam folder if it’s still not showing in your inbox.

    For updating your username, we may need to manually change it in our system as it is not possible to change it on the user’s end. However, the username is available upon checking, and let us know if you want us to update it for you.
