create dofollow backlinks but show nofollow

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

I can check that the external links are set as dofollow on your site. If you are worried about the noreferrer and noopener attributes then you shouldn’t be as these are added by WordPress when you set the links to be opened in a new tab/window.
